All production, packing, and posting are carefully handled by me, straight from my studio in London. If you have any questions regarding your order - email me at hello@eglesaka.com or eglesaka.studio@gmail.com
SHIPPING //
Orders are processed/dispatched within 3-5 work days [unless stated otherwise] and shipped based on a flat shipping rate to UK / EU / US for packages up to 2KG in total weight. I will choose the most cost and time-efficient shipping option from several courier services, including Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes, and TransGlobal Express. Currently all print prices have shipping estimates included.
PACKAGING //
Most prints will be rolled in acid-free tissue paper and placed in a new or recycled postal tube. Some prints can be shipped in a Toblerone made from thick recycled corrugated cardboard. All prints are sold UNFRAMED and therefore not shipped in flat packing to lower the cost of shipping.Due to prints being rolled, their condition will be tightly curled upon arrival. Please unroll the prints with care or allow them to uncurl naturally. I highly recommend placing the print on a large flat surface and placing some flat objects like books at each end for few hours for it to straighten out without damage.
FRAMING //
To preserve the print, I highly recommend framing it under a glass frame. Aesthetically, I would encourage choosing from thin black/white/silver metal frames, but that is of course up to your taste. The best practice would be using your local professional framing service.Anything printed onto a canvas will have a wide margin left for stretching onto a frame.Large-scale [oversized series] prints, may also have a margin if needed, although mainly cut to the artwork due to oversized design.
